The availability of drugs is the root cause of all problems. Once there will be a scarcity of drugs, the problem will be solved in minutes. The millions that are spent on these problems can be used in building a better state and looking after the problems of the needy. Why should the money that the citizens pay as tax go down in the drains? The hard earned money is more than its worth. Curbing this problem will lead to a saving of lives as well as dollars. It’s high time a serious thought I given to prevention rather than cure. If more thought is given to cure, the process will continue endlessly. The state has to find newer ways to curb this problem.
