Finally the deadly drug Marijuana or the pot falls under the Class D category of drugs. Each category of drugs has different law associated with it. A person found guilty of possessing drugs shall be punished accordingly. These laws have really helped the drug prevention authority of Massachusetts to minimize the reach of the deadly drug menace.
